Judge Alvin Batiste, Jr.  is the presiding judge of Division “C” of the 18^th Judicial District which is comprised of Iberville, Pointe Coupee and West Baton Rouge Parishes. Magistrate Batiste is currently serving as Boss Judge of the 18^th Judicial Resident Court.  Judge Batiste has been identify the bench since January 2003 jaunt has presided over the Iberville Flock Drug Court for 15 years.
